Google Hex Editor Neo

Then open You maple Client with it, Go down to addresses 6428xxx something
it will have Three IPs one under the other, Change the IP's to 75.127.119.174

Oh I figured out what to do. Server is apparently down. (Either that or I actually didn't figure out what to do.)

You change the IP on the KiKi file to the IP Ryan has on the first post, and use a maplestory client with a file size of 3097 to start it.
